Burhan Karkoutly

Burhan Karkoutly was a Syrian artist. He created numerous posters for the PLO during the 1970s and is considered as one of the leading “Palestinian artists” of his era.
The images by Burhan Karkoutly were shown at the documenta 15 in a pamphlet shown by the Archives of Women’s Struggles in Algeria.
